A replacement parcel is arranged immediately to be sent with next day delivery for free by an alternative courier after the first parcel has been returned to Burton by Royal Mail due to some issues arose between the postman and the concierge of the delivery address. Much appreciated with the swift rearrangement although Burton has done nothing wrong in the first place. Very happy to shop with Burton.

I just wanted to say thank you to Adam and Millie for their help once I had raised my concerns in my previous review. All sorted and money returned. Very efficient.
My only criticism is that I had to write a Trustpilot review to get help. Strange that a company would prefer this than to have a dedicated helpline.

Do not order from burton! Just save you time and money and order somewhere else. I ordered a shirt that I needed for work so I used next day delivery instead of standard. I received the shirt the next day but noticed it had a checkered pattern on it instead of the normal plane shirt that was pictured on the website. They also didn’t even bother to add a description for the white shirt, which could have described that it had a checkered pattern and I would never have ordered it. I was very unhappy as I needed it for work the next day so I returned it and they only issued a return for the the item and not the £5.99 I paid for next day delivery. Why do I have to pay for delivery for an item that you have not taken proper pictures of for your website and haven’t even bothered to describe the product in any way. Use a different website preferably one that actually takes pride in there products and describes them efficiently.

Exceptional online store
- Price adequate to the quality of the product
- super easy and free returns
- Excellent customer service
- sometimes, photos don’t reflect an actual visual aspect of the product( primarily colour)
- not all products have a proper description, such as colour, the fabric used and height of the model and size of the product wearing
Overall good experience, and currently my favourite online clothing store expressing the value for money!
Reminder for complainers:
If you buying a shirt for 10-15£ don't expect 200 thread, two-ply Egyptian cotton!

Royal Mail had sent my suit blazer to the wrong address I contacted Burtons through Apple text and had a response straight away from Leanne who sent me a replacement the very next day! I would definitely use Burtons again

I’ve been Burton’s customer for 2 years and I never had an issue. My last order was last week and they even have gotten better. Excellent customer service and very nice people. Product quality is great. One of best online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Con Artists it's time to say goodbye
Con artists order made however I returned 2 items in same package however only got refund for one of those items. Reached out to them via email and twitter where their team claimed the refund will be issued as soon as I done what was asked they closed and ended comms. Just time to leave this company alone and all associated they behave like this on one of their platforms I imagine it's the same for all. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID time to say goodbye to them we don't need to see them around anymore. BUK100787501

Just can't get it right . . .
I recently placed an order for two shirts and had to send one back as it was faulty (missing buttons). I was disappointed when I wasn't even offered a replacement (just automatically refunded) so had to re-order it (and pay a second lot of shipping)!!
I needed it (now urgently) for work so paid the extra £2.00 for next working day delivery (well before the 10pm cut-off) and yet my item did not arrive "next working day" . . . it finally arrived the day after (today).
Overall, my experience of Burton's has been an utterly lousy experience (and I haven't even opened the latest offering yet).
I don't expect an apology (hahaha) but at least want the bloody £2.00 extra I paid for expedited delivery refunded!
I tried using the Customer Service email link on the website . . this didn't work. Then Googled the email address but that bounced back !!!
No phone number listed, either.

I send some items back as it didn’t fit, I was given a refund for all but one. I sent a message by text and spoke to Monico, who was extremely helpful, within minutes I received my refund.
